Our servers are housed in a 30,000 sqft secure facility that is designed to meet the most demanding internet applications. It has several levels of security, back-up power and fire suppression systems as well as network redundancy. We provide safe hosting for all of your internet application demands.
We benefit from carrier-neutral status, with several major backbone carriers from gigE connectivities to OC-192 capacity worldwide. With 24/7 network monitoring, strong network peering and BGP technology, the optimized network delivers all traffic efficiently using the shortest path in the backbone anywhere in the world. This will eliminate all unecessary network loops and deliver your request faster.
Security
Through active security cameras, the facility is monitored inside out at all times. Card readers and locked cage or cabinet allow only those who have proper access to enter the server room. Each server is caged and locked with minimum access to staff personnel only.
Continuous Power
Electricity is one of the most important factors in this business. The data center is self-sufficient in providing its own power. To prevent power outage, we have industrial grade UPS and 2 large generators with the capacity to power up the whole building for day to day operation. The facility will continue to operate for as long as it takes independent from the city power grid.
Fire Prevention
The facility is furnished with carbon dioxide fire extinguishers rated for telecommunication equipment and computer room with integrated smoke/heat detector system. This device will stop fire automatically at its earliest stage.
Climate Control
The server room temperature is constantly monitored and set to 70° Fahrenheit for optimum server operation. All of our servers are stored on raised floors with large Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) from Liebert to enforce proper air circulation. This will dissipate the heat faster, thus increases the reliability and longevity of our equipment significantly compare to regular cooling system.
